Trying to lose weight is not easy, not when you're young, not when you're older.
I've been following my weight for 23 weeks now.. results are everything but stable. I still havent reached my 1st goal which I should have had on december 31st but then again.. losing weight in cold winter months is incredibly hard.
Look at the graph.. it's everything but a smooth downward line lol., this IS actually representing my weightloss (or weight gain in some weeks), long live Excel...
Just remember to weigh yourself at the same time each day. Your weight can change by a few kilograms over the course of a day with the minimum when you wake up and maximum after you have eaten your biggest meal of the day (usually dinner in most of the western world).
Also, make sure you get enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep can slow your metabolism and cause you to gain weight even without a change in diet.

Keep in mind it isn't always just about numbers. You are changing the type and dinsity of your mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. Listen more to your body and how you feel.
I am working on six days a week of calisthenics. I am completely ignoring the scale. Listening to my boddy, and noticing changes in how clothing fits.

You may not have reached the first goal when you wanted to but you are making progress, that's what counts! Keep it up!
