Stay hydrated and take a break every couple of hours to get up, move around and get your eyes off the screen for a few minutes. Resist the temptation to keep playing when you are tired and past your peak. You'll just get tilted and make things worse. And most importantly, HAVE FUN!
I work for 12-14 Hours a day, sometimes more, and that's on a computer, with huge amounts of stress and strict deadlines.. What I do on my off time to get my stamina up is SLEEP, EAT WELL, and EXERCISE. Period. I'm nearly 44, and can do it happily.
Lots of water, proper snacks and remember to get up and stretch every so often!

Food wise, homemade traditional meals usually covers all your body needs to game for hours
Then snack on Steamed vegetables, fresh fruits...
