If i had the money to properly coordinate a build in 2 or more colours, i'd get them sleeved. Though lacking the confidence to do it myself I think, at least initially. Once I have working cables it might be realistic then to experiment on spares.
I really like the look, but find that they're rather expensive for what they are. Solid black suits me fine and in most of my builds seem to be rather invisible. Ketchup and mustard cables on the other hand....
