Does anybody know what these are? I find this a bit suspicious. Online searches revealed some info but has anybody tried installing them? Some had problems afterwards.

Well I just hid them. I don't have any issues so, i don't need them. I've seen people complain all over complaining of issues after that Intel chipset update.
Microsoft should really put in more work on making information about updates. But then again, with how updates are done with Windows 10... hahaha

They don't look right. They should have a link or KB number so you can look them up.
If they are legit and you have a legit copy of Windows, then I would believe it could be a CPU chipset update.
If you don't need it updated because you don't have issues and you are not looking to enable any specific feature, ignore them.
