Hey all, I have a question about cooling.
I am planning on getting a FX9590 CPU.
Will this cooler "Corsair H55 Liquid CPU Cooler" and a 750 Watt PSU be enough??

It all depends on price

Again, I would agree with Nauman on this one. If it's gonna be a couple of months, wait, and you can likely find an outstanding, powerhouse CPU equivalent to the 9590 but at 150 W or less, which equals a lot less heat and a comparable, or perhaps slightly better price.

You have both made my year
Woooot!
In about a month I will get the CPU, then 3 months will be the cooler, and ram, then I can put it all together

Absolutely...a single R9 290 with the FX 9590 will likely run you around 600-620 W so the 750 is fine and dandy!

750 should be OK...but it really depends on your GPU as well. The FX 9590 is a 220 W TDP cpu
If you are running a single sub-300W GPU, then you should be fine. If you are running an SLI or Crossfire pair of GPUs, you would likely want a bigger PSU.

Which make and model of 750W. I would prefer H80i minimum here.
